COVID-19 Latest Information

We have provided a signed attestation form to the Mass. Department of Public Health (DPH) that confirms that Community Healthlink meets the public health and safety standards required by DPH. You can learn more about these DPH standards and additional reopening information from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts by visiting the Commonwealth's reopening website

At Community Healthlink, we are working to ensure that our clients can still access the care they need while we also work to ensure that our clients and caregivers stay healthy and safe. Most of our programs are now serving clients through telemedicine. Our residential programs are still operating in their community locations. Additionally, the following CHL programs are still providing services to new and existing clients on-site:

When accessing any of these services, all individuals will be required to go through a single building entrance and receive a health screening.

If you have questions or receive care through another CHL program, please contact that program directly via telephone.

The COVID-19 Health Literacy Project was started by Pooja Chandrashekar, a first-year medical student at Harvard Medical School, and quickly expanded into a national coalition of over 150 medical students representing over 35 institutions and 34 languages. Thank you for helping us maintain a healthy and safe environment for our clients and caregivers.
